About Me
- Stephanie Bulgrin
- I am a recent graduate from the University of Arizona. While I was in college I joined a sorority and was very active within it. When my time wasn't spent with the sorority I voluteered working with kids or I spent time working on my scrapbook. Now I have found a way to make my hobby of scrapbooking a bigger part of my life. I am a consultant for Close to my Heart. It is an amazing company with beautiful papers, amazing acrylic stamps, and fabulous accents. I also started Scissors and the City, a company dedicated towards planning scrapbooking retreats in Arizona. The retreats are a great way to combine the feel of a vacation with the love of paper crafting hobbies.
